Clearing the Fog: Resetting After Thanksgiving

Clearing the Fog: Resetting After Thanksgiving

This week, my mind has felt like it’s been in a fog. Ever since Thanksgiving, it’s been hard to get back into a rhythm. It happens, especially when you’re juggling life and business, but this time, the challenge feels heavier. To make things a little trickier, my manufacturer is off schedule with production timelines.

But here’s the thing: as a business owner, you don’t have the luxury of sitting around and crying about it. You inform your customers, handle your business, and keep it moving. That’s exactly what I’m doing—focusing on solutions, not problems.

One thing I’ve realized is that I need to tighten up my daily routine to help fight through this mental fog. A solid routine keeps you grounded, no matter what external chaos is happening. Right now, I feel like my productivity has been a steady 5 out of 10—flat, uninspired. That’s not where I want to be, so I’m making changes.

Today is a new day, though, and that means a new opportunity. I’m starting fresh, staying optimistic, and seeing what the day has in store. Momentum comes from action, and I’m ready to build that rhythm back. Let’s get it.
